In 1996, Bonnie and her three daughters, Kami, Kerri & Shawn, sat down at the kitchen table with a simple business idea; to help busy people with life's endless to-do lists. They dreamed up a concierge company that would take the stress out of errands, event planning, and gift giving - a company that would truly pamper professionals.
And just like that, The Pampered Professional was born.
Today, The Pampered Professional serves clients across New York City and the tri-state area as a true one-stop shop for gifts, for men, women, children and professionals alike, in every price range. From handcrafted gift baskets to monogrammed keepsakes, baby gifts, corporate gifting and so much more, we offer hands-on personalized service that goes far beyond traditional customer service. Our clients aren't just customers, they're extended family.
True to their entrepreneurial spirit, the business was incorporated the very next day. Armed with determination, creativity and a shared passion for service, they began drafting their business plan and prospecting clients right away. It didn't take long to see where their true magic was: gift giving.
Within the first year, their curated gift baskets were in such high demand that the family basement quickly transformed into a mini warehouse. By year two, they opened their first retail gift shop in their hometown of Hewlett, New York - a charming extension of their concierge roots - and the rest, as they say, is history.
Fast forward 30 years, thousands of clients, and countless hours of ribbon tying, bow fluffing, and basket building later - The Pampered Professional is proudly celebrating our 30th Anniversary.
