Shipping policy

All online orders will be shipped through USPS or UPS.

Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 48 hours, unless placing a custom order. Unless otherwise requested by the buyer, all items are shipped using the ground method.

Please note: We ship online purchases from our physical store, so it is possible that some items are sold-out while still listed as available online. We will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund or agreed upon substitution for those items right away. 

To return a product please email or call us for a return approval and we will provide an RA# and return address. Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost.
